Refund, Exchange and Return Policy
At Circuit Swag, we want you to have an amazing shopping experience. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Kindly note that our current Dropshipping vendor is Qikink and hence, majority of refunds, returns or exchanges shall be processed through them.

Refunds
A full refund may be provided if the order received is damaged, misprinted or broken. Refunds are not provided if the customer has ordered the wrong size for themselves or if the order does not have a defect.
In order for a refund to be considered, we request the customer to send an email to info@circuitswag.in within 3 days of the delivery of the order with the details below. Sending a refund request post 3 days after delivery will not be considered.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Damaged / Misprinted / Broken
- The customer must email the order details along with proper images of the product showing the defect and original packaging.
- The customer must unbox the package carefully. If the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, refunding will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video or the images of the courier cover.
- If the customer has noticed any damage on the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service.
Exchanges
An exchange may be provided if the order received is damaged, misprinted, broken or has a size discrepancy. In case of an exchange approval, the order can only be exchanged for the same SKU product and its variant. Exchanges are not provided if the customer has ordered the wrong size for themselves or if the order does not have a defect.
In order for an exchange to be considered, we request the customer to send an email to info@circuitswag.in within 3 days of the delivery of the order with the details below. Sending an exchange request post 3 days after delivery will not be considered.

Returns
A return for an order may be processed if the order received is damaged, misprinted, broken or has a size discrepancy. If a return request has been approved, the customer will receive an email on a reverse pickup of the order. The customer will only be refunded once the order has been received by the vendor.
